Our Testimonies

Growing up in a Christian home, I always had a good sense of right and wrong, knowing that doing the right thing would get me to heaven, and the wrong thing would send me the other way. As I grew up, it became distinctly clear that simply knowing the difference between right and wrong didn't keep me from my own sin; but God in his mercy has redeemed me and called me to a life that is honoring of Him through relationship more than moral uprightness. Now, I serve Him out of my own personal desires that stem from my growing relationship with Him.

I grew up as a lukewarm Christian, but through some hardships in life and great friendships, God led me to a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Christ follower. Attending a Christian university deepened my faith and friendships and is where I met my husband who has become my partner in life and ministry. I am now seeking to further my understanding of who God is through study of the Word and saying yes to the calling of ministry in missions in my life.
